Employee Tax Savings
Each employee that opts into our program will receive a $1,220 reduction in their taxable wages. The result is a substantial reduction in payroll taxes owed. These savings cover the cost of the Revive monthly membership, any supplemental benefits they choose to add (if you choose to make that option available), and a potential increase in their net take home pay.

Business FICA Tax Savings of $640 Per Employee Per Year
As a result of the $1,220 deduction / reduction in enrolled employee’s taxable wages, their FICA taxes are reduced by $93.33 per month, lowering your FICA match requirement by the same amount.

Flexible Supplemental Options
If you choose to make available, employees can choose from a menu of supplemental options based on their tax savings over and above the Revive membership (Our goal is not to replace what you already have - only add). Allotment amounts for each employee will be determined after we process your census and are included in your company’s proposal.

Possible Redirection of Medical Expenses
Many of our larger clients with level or self-funded insurance are realizing an additional 10-20% savings in medical expenditures from employees redirecting lower-level care away from their traditional healthcare provider and into the Revive platform.
