Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the OnPoint Fast website, OnPoint Scheduler, OnPoint Workspace, and related scheduling services operated by OnPoint Fast LLC ("OnPoint Fast," "we," "our," or "us").
By using these services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Service
OnPoint Scheduler and OnPoint Workspace provide scheduling, appointment-management, calendar-coordination, communication, and related business functionality.
Features may include:
- Viewing available appointment times
- Scheduling meetings
- Rescheduling or canceling appointments
- Calendar integration
- Video-conferencing integration
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Internal scheduling and workflow management
2. Scheduling and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate appointment availability. However, availability may change because of calendar updates, technical delays, conflicts, cancellations, system errors, or other circumstances.
An appointment is considered confirmed when the OnPoint scheduling system or an authorized OnPoint representative provides confirmation.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate and current information, including contact information and appointment details.
Users agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to OnPoint systems.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
- Submit knowingly false or misleading scheduling information.
- Use automated systems to abuse or overwhelm the scheduling service.
4. Calendar and Third-Party Integrations
The OnPoint scheduling system may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Zoom, email-delivery services, and other technology providers.
These integrations are used to provide scheduling functionality, prevent conflicts, create or update appointments, provide meeting links, and facilitate communications.
Third-party services are also governed by their respective terms, policies, and availability.
5. Changes, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
OnPoint or a meeting participant may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes through the contact information provided.
A calendar invitation, reminder, or meeting link should not be relied upon as the sole record of an important appointment. Users should contact OnPoint if confirmation is unclear.
6. Business Information and Professional Services
The scheduling service itself is an administrative and communication tool. Information displayed or exchanged through the scheduling system does not, by itself, constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, or other professional advice.
The terms applicable to any separate product, consulting service, professional engagement, or third-party service discussed during an appointment are governed by the applicable agreement or provider.
7. Privacy
Use of personal information and Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy:
https://www.onpointfast.com/privacy/
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep the service reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Services may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, internet outages, third-party provider interruptions, security concerns, software changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Security
Users may not attempt to bypass authentication, obtain credentials belonging to another user, access restricted systems, probe system vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfere with OnPoint's security.
10. Intellectual Property
The OnPoint Fast name, service design, software, website content, workflow, graphics, and related materials are owned by OnPoint Fast or used with permission, except where otherwise indicated.
These Terms do not grant any ownership interest in OnPoint software or intellectual property.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the scheduling service is provided on an "as available" basis. OnPoint Fast makes no guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, network, calendar provider, or third-party service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OnPoint Fast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the scheduling service, including losses resulting from missed appointments, third-party service interruptions, or technical failures.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services, technology, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by applicable laws of the State of Oklahoma and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
